There are no employees at the facility. Maybe maintenance but I’m not sure. I have read many reviews of how friendly and helpful the staff is. There was no staff. You walk into the lobby and there isn’t even a desk or anything for an employee. At 3:00, you get a text giving you a9 digit code to enter on a screen in the lobby. Once you enter that, a little cubby hole pops open with your key in it. That’s it! No personal interaction! I was highly disappointed in this. No early check-ins either. The place was clean (besides the hair in my shower drain that I had to clean out so water would go down the drain). Otherwise no complaints. But, the lack of personal interaction did bother me.

The checkin was something I'd never used, but went well. Room very clean & it was quiet in the evenings. Parking was very convenient & very assessable to the ahops.

The only thing I would complain about is the lack of toiletries.
