Food was really good. Good value. Check in staff were fantastic and bar staff.
Rooms are dated. Customer service women was well let’s say not doing customer service.

We were upgraded to 1 with a room with sea view on arrival
Our room was beside the stairs and it caused a bit of noise at all times of the night

Good location. The evening receptionist was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly
Very odd AI drinks arrangement. Cocktails were all premix sugar syrup slapped into a plastic beaker. No coffee at dinner tho it was served in the bar but you couldn’t take it into the dining room. Very odd. Food was ok. Staff were generally rude. Only 1 lift which didn’t work for 2 of the days.
