This comfortable vacation rental spans 75 m2 and can accommodate up to four adults; it’s also ideal for families with children. The separate bedroom ensures restful nights, while the spacious living area—featuring a sleeper sofa (full-size fold-out bed) and a built-in kitchenette—provides plenty of space for relaxing, cooking, and socializing together. The bright bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and a window that lets in plenty of natural light. The highlight of the apartment is the covered, furnished balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of Lake Constance, the Alps, and the surrounding countryside—perfect for enjoying the view with a cup of coffee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need and includes a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, a high chair, and children’s tableware. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a TV, a radio, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, heating, smoke detectors, and bed linens and towels provided. The vacation rental is wheelchair-accessible, and pets are not allowed. A stylish temporary home that combines comfort, functionality, and a breathtaking view. Just outside the idyllic village of Kippenhausen, surrounded by fruit trees and vineyards, lies our peaceful vacation and fruit farm—a perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and for families. Six modern vacation apartments offer a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Constance and the Alps, which can be enjoyed from every balcony or terrace. Comfortable patio furniture invites you to relax, while the large lawn for lounging and playing—complete with sun loungers, a trampoline, and a variety of play options for children—ensures unforgettable vacation moments. For our younger guests, a fleet of go-karts, kick scooters, Bobby Cars, and pedal tractors is available, ensuring that the little ones can enjoy an active and happy stay. A garden shed with a barbecue area is perfect for social evenings around the campfire. Ample parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and events are not permitted on the property. Upon request, guests may use the washer and dryer. The property is easy to find thanks to clear signage. The local visitor’s tax must be paid on-site, and guests receive the ECHT BODENSEE CARD, which offers free travel by bus and train as well as benefits at over 190 regional attractions. Children are welcome. The deposit is 50% of the room rate. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: High season (April 1 through October 31) = 3.50 EUR per person per night; low season (November 1 through March 31) = 2.20 EUR per person per night. Children up to age 15 are exempt. The local tourist tax must be paid on-site. We will confirm your bread roll delivery request one week before arrival. Use of the washing machine and dryer is available for a fee and upon request.
