IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

This accommodations are our main residence that we rent only when we are away. We thank you in advance for taking the greatest care of it, and for respecting the very quiet and residential neighborhood.

The accommodations are strictly non-smoking indoors. However, it is possible to smoke outside by using an ashtray.
In order to preserve the tranquility of the residence, noise must be avoided between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Parties, parties and any type of event are strictly prohibited.

Presence of a four-legged friend:
Even in our absence, you will share the daily life of an adorable permanent resident: Tiara, a very affectionate little cat, a cross between a Burmese Sacred and a European cat, with a light grey coat and beautiful green eyes.
Tiara is totally autonomous, she lives her little life quietly, comes and goes at her convenience thanks to a cat flap installed on the kitchen window, and defecates outside.
The only attention we ask of you is to treat her well and give her her food once a week daytime, this being of course left at your disposal.
We ask you not to make any noise between 11pm and 7am.
- Non-smoking accommodation: you can of course smoke on the terrace/garden taking care to use an ashtray.
Any party, event etc... are strictly forbidden.

Pets are also forbidden because we have a little permanent resident to take into account: the pretty Tiara. Tiara is a very cute and affectionate cat who comes in and out at her convenience through the cat flap in the kitchen. She is a 4-year-old grey Burmese cross with green eyes.
We will ask you to treat her well and to feed her in the evening with the cat food that we leave you available.
