We really enjoyed our stay at Heavenly Mountain Escape in Big Canoe; it is highly recommended. It is an exclusive, welcoming, and family-friendly place. The "Grand Welcome" staff were excellent; we were very pleased with the kindness they show their guests.

This house is amazing! The Grand Welcome team was excellent. Communication was perfect.
Although it was just my husband and myself it is certainly family friendly.
I loved the way it was decorated. Large screened porch with an outside balcony.
Very clean and welcoming when we arrived.
I would recommend this location 10/10.
There are 2 sets of stairs in the house and the one going to the beds in the loft is spiral.
The 3rd full bath is on the basement floor where the game room is. There is day bed that looked like it had a trundle bed. Kids and teens would love it. Big slumber party with their own bathroom!
The loft bedroom has no bathroom so probably best suited for older teens-adults.
The main bedroom has a king bed bathroom and TV.
The second bedroom has twin beds and bathroom.
The main area has a swing that is so cool.
Large TV and fireplace.
The kitchen is well maintained and equipped.
It was a great experience.
