Casa Fortuna was my lovely grandmother’s home ❤️ The apartment is located on the first floor, right on the street—just two steps away—with parking next to the entrance.All the spaces shown in the photos are private and for your exclusive use. There’s a lovely garden right in front of the property with a table and chairs for enjoying lunch or dinner at sunset. There’s also a nice space just across the street, with a table and chairs, an outdoor shower, a BBQ, and a hammock.
There is a large, bright bedroom with a window overlooking the garden. One small double bedroom with separable beds and a small window above. A bright living room with a kitchen and dining table, a 55" Smart TV, an American-style coffee maker, an espresso machine, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms with showers. Just 300 meters away: a bus stop, a grocery store, a café, and a restaurant... Great restaurants and things to do are within walking distance!
