This place is in an excellent location. Walkable to many attractions and also right next to a couple of subway stops and bus stops that can easily take you anywhere. The place thankfully had a fan that was small yet powerful. What I wished I had known was to bring cleaning supplies, toilet paper, wash cloths, and body wash. Thankfully there’s a 24-hour convenient store across the street, which saved us. Charles is great when getting back to you about how to enter the property but goes radio silent when trying to contact him for the little things mentioned above. Whoever was hired to clean the flat didn’t do the best job. There were dust bunnies and random pills in the bedroom and the toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned. I would’ve happily cleaned it if there were any cleaning supplies. We couldn’t get the microwave or toaster to work even after watching YouTube for the brand of appliance. A neighbor who was staying above us didn’t have a workable stove so don’t plan on heating up any meals. Think of the place has a conveniently located camping experience.

Location good. Condition of unit terrible holes in bathroom ceiling broken shower head, not possible to shower at all. Kitchen terrible no kitchen table with chairs or condiments or proper pots. Fridge was a hotel mini fridge mounted on the floor. Had to get on your knees to put things in or take out. Windows broken and not adjustable. No air-conditioning. A shame could have been a beautiful unit management totally dropped the ball. Hallway dirty with junk everywhere what looked like bags of dirty sheets and towels.Not to mention toilet Pic is what someone left behind either last guest or staff, #2 gross.

Excellent location. No sign of bedbugs. Sheets and towels were clean. Good value for that area. Walking distance to so many things. Very close to the train station and a nice pub.

I was not impressed at all with the property. Very low budget amenities, would not recommend this place at all. The only thing it had going for it was the location.
