This is an apartment measuring approximately 65 m² (fully equipped kitchen, living room with a small work area, Bedroom 1 with a 1.80-meter double bed, Bedroom 2 with a 1.60-meter double bed, and a separate toilet from a small bathroom with a shower).
I have allocated the individual bedrooms and beds as follows, and they are included in the price:
Guests 1 and 2 in Bedroom 1
Guests 3 and 4 in Bedroom 2
Guest 5 in the living room
If a different arrangement is desired, please specify this in your booking request. Additional costs for cleaning and heating for the second bedroom may apply. In this case, you will receive a new price quote.
Also, if two people wish to sleep separately—one person in the bedroom and one person in the living room—please let me know, as different bedding/sheets are provided for this arrangement. There are no additional costs in this case.
