In the heart of Quercy, right next to the Périgord Noir, equidistant from Sarlat and Rocamadour, our vacation rental is located within the Domaine d'Aurel, in a peaceful, unspoiled natural setting with fresh air. Nestled among the treasures of Quercy and the Périgord Noir, the “Le Tillou” vacation rental enjoys an ideal location, halfway between Sarlat and Rocamadour. You’ll enjoy a prime setting from which to easily explore the region’s most beautiful sites. The cottage will charm you with its spacious layout, modern comforts, and warm atmosphere. The decor elegantly blends local stone with contemporary touches, creating a retreat that’s as authentic as it is welcoming. You’ll have access to a private, tree-lined terrace—perfect for al fresco dining—as well as exclusive access to the estate’s shared pool. The surrounding rolling, lush green landscapes invite you to relax and explore. Thanks to the mild climate, the estate reveals its full charm from April through the end of September. Here, rest, fresh air, and unspoiled nature are the hallmarks of a stay marked by a change of scenery and a warm, friendly atmosphere. The owners will be delighted to welcome you and guide you on your excursions to ensure your vacation is an unforgettable experience. Ground-floor cottage adjoining another cottage (sleeps 4). Living room with open kitchen, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed, the other with 2 90x190 beds. Electric thermal storage heating. A semi-enclosed wooded park of 1.7 hectares shared with two 4-person cottages (one of which is adjoining Le Tillou) and another 10-person cottage (detached). Shared swimming pool (9x6m, secured by a fence) with the owners and guests of the 4-person cottages. Private terrace with no overlooking neighbors: patio furniture, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a Canadian-style barbecue. Car parking. Boules court, ping-pong table, and children’s play area with a playhouse. End-of-stay cleaning available as an option.
