• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll per kitchen

• 1 dish detergent

Pool Heating (Optional)
• Available October–March for $45/day
• Must be requested for the full stay
• Must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival
• Reservations made within the 72 hour period will not be able to heat the pool
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Not available April–September
• Pool and spa share the same water (spa heat requires pool heat)
• Heating effectiveness may vary below 60°F

Additional Pool Notes
• Pool serviced every Monday
• Pool heating does not reach hot tub temperatures
• Spa jets circulate water but may not produce strong bubbles

• Two vehicles allowed at the home:
• One in front of the garage
• One next to the master bedroom

• No street parking allowed
• Vehicles parked illegally may be towed at owner’s expense

• There are two exterior security cameras on-site for safety purposes.
• One camera is positioned facing the driveway/front entrance.
• The second camera is aimed at the pool equipment area (not the pool itself).
