About this cabin rental
Two couples, one cabin, zero fighting over the good bedroom. 🦌
The Alpine Antler is two getaways in one, just 10 minutes from downtown Helen. The main cabin has a wood-wrapped living room with an indoor fireplace, a full kitchen, the primary queen bedroom, and an open loft with a twin trundle and an arcade game.
Downstairs, a private lower suite with its own outside entrance has a queen bed, a spa-style shower and a kitchenette, perfect for a second couple who likes their space.
Out back, the porch has a 6-person hot tub, a 2-person sauna, a grill and a gas fireplace for stargazing nights. The yard has games for the competitive crowd and a fire pit on the side of the house for s'mores. A whole-house generator keeps the lights on when mountain storms roll through.
Helen's restaurants, shops, Oktoberfest and Christmas lights are 10 minutes away, with Unicoi State Park, Anna Ruby Falls, wineries and hiking close by.
Good to know: the lower suite is reached only from outside, by either side of the house or down the back steps, and the outdoor steps are steep, so the cabin isn't a great fit for limited mobility. There's no dishwasher, cell service is spotty (wifi is reliable), and the short gravel road is fine for any car. Dogs are welcome when added to the reservation and kept off the furniture.
