The Ebbe + Flut complex was built in 2024 and is centrally located in Westerland. The town center is just a few meters away, and the beach is a convenient 400-meter walk.
This high-quality, 3-room ground-floor apartment, measuring approximately 60 square meters, is equipped to accommodate up to 3 people. From the spacious entryway with a coat closet, you enter the living room with an open kitchen and a furnished south-facing terrace. The high-quality kitchen features an induction stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an oven with a built-in microwave. The apartment features two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet, complete with a hair dryer and towel rack. The large bedroom is furnished with an FBF box-spring bed (200x200), a flat-screen TV, and a built-in closet (1 cot available upon request); the smaller bedroom has a single bed (90x200) custom-built by a carpenter and a small built-in closet.
The house features a spacious wellness area with a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, and relaxation room, as well as a laundry room with a shared washer/dryer. Measuring 20 x 5 m, the swimming pool is the largest in our complex. Smoking and dogs are prohibited throughout the entire complex. Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival. An underground parking space can be booked for an additional fee. An electric car charging station is located on the premises and is available for a fee. You can park bicycles in the underground garage in a designated parking space (not additionally secured).
Please note: The common areas and the underground parking garage are accessible via the elevator at the main entrance. Apartments 2 and 3 have their own entrance and therefore do not have direct access to the building’s basement.
