The Ebbe + Flut complex was built in 2023/24 and is centrally located in Westerland. The town center is just a few meters away, and the beach is a convenient 400-meter walk.
This high-quality 4-room apartment on the 3rd floor, with approximately 109 square meters of living space, accommodates up to 6 people. From the spacious entryway with a coat closet, you pass through the open kitchen into the living room with a south-facing balcony. The high-quality kitchen features a Bora induction cooktop, as well as a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an oven with an integrated microwave. All bedrooms offer high-quality sleeping comfort with FBF brand box-spring beds (2x 180x200 and 200x200) and feature built-in closets. The master bedroom features a shower and separate toilet, a south-facing balcony, and an east-facing rooftop terrace. For the other bedrooms, there is 1 additional shower room/toilet and a guest toilet (1 children’s bed can be added to each). The apartment is tiled with large-format tiles and has underfloor heating. Only the bedrooms are carpeted. Internet (subject to availability) and a total of 3 smart TVs are provided.
The building features a spacious wellness area with a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, and relaxation room, as well as a laundry room with a shared washer and dryer. At 20 x 5 meters, the swimming pool is the largest in our complex. Smoking and dogs are prohibited throughout the entire property. Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival. An underground parking space can be booked for an additional fee. An electric car charging station is located at the house and can be used for a fee. You can park your bicycles in the underground garage in a designated parking space (not additionally secured).
