Exclusive 3-room vacation apartment in the "Alva" residence with a wellness area (pool, sauna, steam room) not far from the beach and the pedestrian zone. Approx. 56 m². Non-smoking. Upper floor: Living room with couch and armchairs, dining area, Wi-Fi, and unlimited calls to German landlines, flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player, stereo system with CD player and iPhone adapter, south-facing balcony with patio furniture, open kitchen with microwave, oven, and dishwasher; shower room/toilet; bedroom with double bed; hallway. Top floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player; guest toilet. All electrical outlets are childproofed! Parking space No. 13. Laundry room in the building! Bedding and towels are provided upon arrival. Pets are not allowed! A new construction project will begin in March 2024 on the neighboring property to the east; this may cause some noise disturbance.
