Completely redesigned starting Easter 2024!
Modern one-room apartment in the "Residenz Mauritius" in the yellow building, approx. 26 m², non-smoking. 2nd floor: Living/sleeping area with south-facing balcony, box-spring bed (160x200), dining area, 2 armchairs, TV, kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher, hallway, shower room/toilet. Laundry room and bike storage in the adjacent “Mauritius” building. A parking space can be booked for an additional fee. Bedding and towels are provided upon arrival! Pets are not allowed.
