The Ebbe + Flut complex was built in 2023/24 and is centrally located in Westerland. The town center is just a few meters away, and the beach is within easy walking distance.
This high-quality 3-room apartment is on the 1st floor and measures approximately 81 square meters. It is perfectly suited for up to 4 people. From the spacious entryway with a coat closet, you enter the living room with an open kitchen and a furnished south-facing balcony. The high-quality kitchen features a Bora induction cooktop, as well as a dishwasher, freezer, and oven with an integrated microwave. Both bedrooms offer high-quality sleeping comfort with FBF brand box-spring beds (180x200 and 200x200) and feature built-in closets and TVs (1 cot available for the yellow bedroom upon request). The apartment features 2 modern shower rooms with hair and towel dryers. The apartment is tiled with large-format tiles and has underfloor heating. Only the bedrooms are carpeted. Internet (subject to availability) and a smart TV are provided.
The building features a spacious wellness area with a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, and relaxation room, as well as a laundry room with a shared washer/dryer. Measuring 20 x 5 meters, the swimming pool is the largest in our complex. Smoking and dogs are prohibited throughout the entire complex. Bed linens and towels are provided upon arrival. An underground parking space can be booked for an additional fee. An electric car charging station is located at the house and can be used for a fee. You can park your bicycles in the underground garage in a designated parking space (not additionally secured).
