This charming vacation rental is located in the manor house of the “Fischerdorf Heiligenhafen,” right in the center of Heiligenhafen. This stylish residential complex in the heart of the historic old town combines high-quality living comfort with an unbeatable location.
The new Gutshaus No. 2 vacation rental spans approximately 82 m² of living space on the first floor and offers generous space for up to four people. The listed manor house, dating from the second half of the 18th century and built in the traditional half-timbered style, has been restored with great attention to detail and combines historic charm with modern living comfort. It is said that Catherine the Great once stayed here—a touch of history you can feel in this unique accommodation.
The open-concept living area invites you to relax with a cozy couch, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Large windows and the adjoining sunroom create a bright, welcoming atmosphere and offer a beautiful view of the picturesque fishing village of Heiligenhafen. The vacation rental is particularly well-suited for families, as it features two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and another with a practical bunk bed (90x200 cm each). Opaque pleated blinds and curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep and plenty of privacy. Upon request, allergy-friendly bedding, towel sets, a travel crib (without bedding), and a high chair are available for a small fee.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, a sink, and a toilet, offering the utmost comfort for a refreshing break. In addition, there is a separate room on the first floor available to guests of the manor house. Here you’ll find a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board for added convenience during your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living area and offers all the amenities you need for cooking.
