About this house rental
Welcome to your Salt Lake City home base. This 1920s Craftsman home is a stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully updated retreat designed for comfort, ease, and everyday luxury. Whether youโre here for work, family, or an extended stay, youโll have everything you need to settle in and feel at home.
Start your mornings in one of four cozy bedrooms (2 King + 2 Full), enjoy your coffee in the bright entry room, and spend your evenings relaxing in two separate living rooms โ including a downstairs lounge with a 75โ TV and ultra-comfortable Cloud couch. The home offers plenty of room to spread out, unwind, and recharge.
Cook and gather in the remodeled kitchen, fully stocked with utensils and new appliances, then enjoy meals around the Crate & Barrel dining table that seats six. After a long day, refresh in two remodeled bathrooms, both stocked with toiletries and essentials (plus a hair dryer). For those working remotely, thereโs also a dedicated workspace complete with a desk and monitor โ perfect for Zoom calls and focused work time.
Step outside and enjoy one of the homeโs best features: a large private backyard with a seating area and fire pit, ideal for relaxing evenings or gathering with friends.
Located in the heart of Liberty Wells / 9th South, youโll be close to Downtown, Liberty Park, and the 9th & 9th district โ one of SLCโs most walkable and charming areas โ making it easy to explore the best of the city while still enjoying a quiet neighborhood feel.
