The Carpe Diem 181 vacation rental is in an excellent location, less than 100 meters from the Baltic Sea beach and the promenade. You’ll be staying very close to the quaint Niendorf Harbor with its lively atmosphere and what are arguably the most delicious fish sandwiches far and wide. Right in the neighborhood, you’ll find everything a vacationer could want—from restaurants and cafés to a newsstand and a coffee roastery, bike rentals and an adventure playground, boat tours, and a summer movie theater on the open beach. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available at the bakery around the corner, and the legendary Strandbude 8 is practically right outside the door.
A beautiful setting and pure feel-good atmosphere! The extensively renovated and very tastefully furnished vacation apartment is located on the 5th floor of the extremely well-maintained Carpe Diem residential complex. A light-filled living area with plenty of sunshine and a magnificent panoramic view awaits you. The southwest-facing balcony is equipped with patio furniture and an electric awning and offers a magnificent view; depending on the season, you can even catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea glinting through the trees.[nbsp] The sound of the sea and[nbsp] fresh sea air are guaranteed.[nbsp] The living area features a cozy corner sofa, and the adjoining dining area offers ample space for 4 people. The small kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. The separate bedroom features a[nbsp] double bed (box spring, 180x200), blackout curtains, and a built-in closet that offers plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The bathroom includes a washer-dryer combo. The apartment includes a reserved outdoor parking space. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
For relaxation, the swimming pool—with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea—and the sauna, located on the top floor of the adjacent building, can be used free of charge during operating hours. Please note that the sauna is only open from Friday through Sunday and on holidays. The swimming pool is closed in November due to maintenance work.
The well-maintained residential complex features elevators, coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use, and a[nbsp] bicycle storage room. There is a playground for our younger guests.
