This 30 m² vacation apartment on the 5th floor of the “Steinwarder 35” apartment building in Heiligenhafen is ideal for 2 people. With a balcony and a magnificent view of the inland lake, just 10 m from the beach, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.
The living/sleeping area is furnished with a double bed. The kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and laminate flooring ensures a comfortable living environment. Free Wi-Fi and TV are available.
An elevator, a shared bike storage room, and a private parking space are available. The location offers easy access to the beach, the Erlebnisseebrücke, the harbor promenade, and the historic district of Heiligenhafen, as well as the vacation park with shops, restaurants, and recreational facilities (approx. 5 minutes on foot).
