Welcome to the Luxury Vacation Apartment Ostsee Feeling 1, your stylish retreat in a prime location: Just about 150 meters from the fine-sand beach, this exclusive penthouse awaits you on the third floor of the modern Sanddüne apartment building on Steinwarder in Heiligenhafen.
With approximately 92 m² of living space, you’ll experience the utmost comfort in a minimalist, modern setting featuring high-quality designer furniture. First-class technical amenities, stylish details, and included services—such as a beach chair right on the beach—make your stay a special experience. Thanks to high-quality flooring and comfortable underfloor heating, you’ll enjoy a cozy living environment all year round. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax with two cozy sofas, a TV with a soundbar, and a Blu-ray player. The open-concept designer kitchen features an induction cooktop, elegant WMF kitchenware, and everything food enthusiasts need to prepare culinary delights. The adjacent dining area offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea—ideal for stylish meals with a maritime panorama.
A highlight is the terrace that wraps around half the apartment and is accessible from every room. Stylish patio furniture and a high-quality electric grill create the perfect setting for relaxing moments—whether it’s breakfast in the morning sun or a sundowner with a view of the sea.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds—each with its own TV. Hypoallergenic hotel linens and towels can be booked as an optional extra. The spacious bathroom is equipped with heated floors, a towel warmer, and a roomy shower—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is a built-in washing machine in the kitchen.
A very special extra: From mid-May through mid-September, a personal beach chair is available to you right on the beach. You can easily reach the apartment via an elevator—the included parking space (No. 13) rounds out the amenities.
Pets are not allowed. The Ostsee Feeling 1 is a non-smoking apartment. However, smoking is permitted on the terrace.
