The gorgeous “Yachthus” vacation home is situated in a fantastic location in the Niendorf/Baltic Sea vacation home area, right in the middle of a nature reserve. The Baltic Sea, the beach, the promenade, and the quaint Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor are all just a few minutes’ walk away. In addition to freshly caught fish and the most delicious fish sandwiches, there are also various restaurants and cafés, as well as a bakery, a bike rental shop, and an adventure playground.
Completely gutted and extensively renovated in 2024, the Yachthus awaits you on a 700-square-meter fenced-in lot with a 40-square-meter wooden deck facing southwest. The vacation home offers contemporary luxury for 2 people and every comfort, including underfloor heating, electric blinds, and floor-to-ceiling windows that create a sense of open space. The exceptionally tasteful furnishings and exclusive amenities ensure a high standard of living in a magnificent setting.
