Hello, dear vacation guests,
enjoy your vacation in our small and cozy vacation apartment, located right in the center of Kühlungsborn-Ost. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and is accessible via both the stairs and the elevator. The one-room apartment was newly furnished in 2024 and, at 26 m², offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Because it faces the inner courtyard, the apartment remains very quiet even with the windows open.
The small kitchenette is well-equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. If you don’t feel like dining out, you can enjoy a meal at the cozy dining table.
A bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small storage room with shelves, and a coat closet complete the vacation apartment. In addition, you’ll have access to a TV with 56 channels, a clock radio, and Wi-Fi. Both the parking space right next to the house and the bike storage room in the adjacent building are available free of charge.
If you’d like to stay in the vacation rental with three people, this is generally possible. We’ll provide an extra guest mattress, a comforter, a pillow, and a folding chair for the additional guest—though it will be a bit more cramped.
