Beautiful, light-filled 2-room vacation apartment, approx. 45 m², for 3+1 people, with a large southwest-facing terrace, private garden, outdoor parking space with an entrance gate and PIN code, and a lockable bike shed.

This well-designed, sunny vacation apartment, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom, is located on the first floor and features a large, sunny southwest-facing terrace with a view of the greenery. The small, comfortable apartment complex is located right next to the dune belt, the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, and the “Dune Mile” with its lovely cafés, restaurants, and shops. It’s just a few meters to the beach access point, where a section of the beach is patrolled seasonally by the DLRG.

The cozy living area invites you to relax. A pull-out leather sofa with a slatted frame and a Bultex mattress (sleeping area: 1.60 x 2.00 m) provides an additional sleeping option. The living and dining area offers plenty of space for a hearty breakfast with a view of the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. You’ll find a drip coffee maker, a Senseo pod machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The bedroom features a large double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet, and also has direct access to the spacious terrace with a beach chair and a parasol.
