The "Timmenlove" vacation rental, which underwent a fresh and extensive renovation in 2024, is located in a quiet area near the beach in Timmendorfer Strand, just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea. You’ll find a lovely retreat for a relaxing vacation without having to miss out on the special atmosphere and lifestyle of Timmendorfer Strand. A wide variety of dining options, shopping, and numerous events await you on the lively promenade, which is easily accessible on foot. Nature lovers can start their walk right across the street in the Kammerwald.
You’ll find a high-quality, well-furnished, and fully equipped vacation apartment on the first floor—perfect for two people to enjoy a well-deserved vacation in a beautiful setting. The cozy living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, smart TV, and Bluetooth radio, exudes comfort and well-being. The adjoining dining area offers plenty of space, and the open, newly installed kitchen—perfectly equipped—blends beautifully into the living space. It features, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, freezer space, and much more. Spend relaxing hours in the sunshine from morning until early afternoon on the covered balcony, equipped with lounge chairs and an outdoor table. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200)[nbsp] and another smart TV. The window is fitted with blackout pleated blinds for complete darkness. There is ample closet space in the living area. The new shower room is modern and elegant. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
A permanent outdoor parking space (carport) is located on the property. Bicycles can be stored in the carport, provided the car’s size allows it, or in the private basement storage room, which is accessible via a short staircase (7 steps). A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available for shared use. There is no elevator.
