Just a few meters through a lovely park, and you’re only a few steps from the beach. Enjoy the clean, fresh sea air. Or take a stroll through the cozy fishing harbor, just a stone’s throw away, and enjoy a coffee or a delicious fish sandwich. Niendorf is the quieter, more tranquil part of Timmendorfer Strand, featuring the public beach, the harbor, and the beachside movie theater in the summer. Right nearby, seafood restaurants, an Italian spot, and a Greek restaurant offer a wide variety of dining options close to the harbor. So your comfort and well-being are well taken care of!

Harbour Beach 53 is solidly built with organic and eco-friendly features such as geothermal heating, solar panels, and an electric vehicle charging station. A 70-square-meter practice room with state-of-the-art laser projector technology is available for yoga groups and events.
The small Harbor Beach 5 vacation apartment is located in the basement of the building and offers ample space for two people across 50 square meters. Wide light wells provide[nbsp] natural light. The exclusive furnishings and high-quality amenities ensure a comfortable atmosphere. The living area features a cozy sofa, an adjoining dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is separated by a room divider and furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200). The modern, spacious shower room features a window. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge, and the apartment comes with an assigned parking space. The apartment includes a cozy wooden terrace, which can be accessed via the building’s entrance and then via an outdoor staircase from the parking lot.
