The stunning "Cloud 16" penthouse is located[nbsp] right on the beach and offers an exclusive retreat for a relaxing vacation without missing out on the special charm and lifestyle of Timmendorfer Strand.[nbsp] A wide variety of dining options, shopping, and numerous events can be found along the lively promenade, which is easily accessible on foot via the beautiful beach promenade.
This brand-new penthouse impresses with its stylish interior and luxurious amenities. Floor-to-ceiling windows all around create an open, airy feel with magnificent views, some of which extend all the way to the Baltic Sea. Enjoy many relaxing hours on the gorgeous rooftop terrace, which is equipped with a dining area, umbrellas, and a lounge area. The sound of the sea and fresh sea air are included! The open-concept living area features a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth radio. The adjoining dining area offers plenty of space, and the perfectly integrated designer kitchen—fully equipped with a separate wine refrigerator—leaves nothing to be desired. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200), air conditioning, blackout pleated blinds, a closet with ample storage space, and a TV. The windows in the living room are fitted with curtains, and the doors leading to the rooftop terrace—both from the bedroom and the living room—are equipped with insect screens. The shower room is spacious, high-quality, and features a window. The elevator leads directly from the underground parking garage to the penthouse, so vacation luggage can be conveniently brought into the apartment with minimal walking. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.
There is a reserved parking space in the building’s underground garage (entry height 1.90 m). A storage room for bicycles is located in the basement, accessible via the underground garage. A washing machine is located in the basement and is available exclusively to our guests. A dryer is available for shared use. Please note that smoking is not permitted either indoors or outdoors.
