About this apartment rental
Bedding, towels, etc. are not included in the travel price. Additional services available for booking: bedding, towels, high chairs. Pets: permitted if allowed (see description). Registration and payment of a flat fee are required. Tourist tax: 1.80 euros during the off-season and 3.00 euros per day per adult during the high season. Payment terms: A deposit of 25 percent is due within 5 days; remaining balance 21 days before arrival. Payment options: Bank transfer; no credit cards or cash accepted; EC card accepted on-site only by prior arrangement. The “Rosarium” apartment building is centrally located directly on the inland lake promenade. Situated between the Old Town, the harbor, and the vacation park, this vacation home is ideally located for guests who appreciate being close to everything. The three-story building features 33 apartments, an elevator (stairs in front of the elevator—not wheelchair accessible), and an underground parking garage. The beach is approximately 1.5 km away.
Living area: approx. 34 m²—accommodates up to 2 people. Location: 1st floor with a large balcony (some units offer a view of the inland lake). Living room with sofa set, dining area, access to the balcony. Separate bedroom with a double bed. Kitchen with oven and microwave. Elevator available (Note: stairs in front of the elevator—not wheelchair accessible)
Bonus features: Parking space in the underground garage (electric gate, access with the front door key).
Important notes: Non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed, no Wi-Fi, approx. 1.5 km to the beach.
