About this apartment rental
This comfortable vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The apartment features a living room, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), a separate and fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub and bidet. The bathroom has a window. The apartment features a large penthouse terrace with a partial lake view, as well as a south-facing balcony.

A parking space is available in the underground garage. The parking spaces are double-parking spaces. Parking space 111 is an upper parking space. The vehicle must not exceed a height of 1.80 m, including roof racks, bike racks, or antennas. If necessary, these must be removed beforehand. Please ensure that your vehicle is no longer than 5.00 m and no wider than 1.90 m. The maximum gross vehicle weight is 2,000 kg.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
