Welcome to your very own special place on Sylt: Our newly renovated cabin #13 at the CPTN Nicolai Resort in Westerland combines stylish design with a perfect location. This charming 31 m² two-room vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of Dock 6a, just a few steps from the beach, downtown, and the train station—ideal for anyone who wants to experience Sylt at the heart of it all. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a bright, modern atmosphere. Light-filled rooms, elegant Sylt oak parquet flooring, and harmoniously coordinated furnishings create a truly cozy ambiance. The living and dining area invites you to relax, read, or enjoy a cozy get-together. A comfortable recliner can be converted into an extra sleeping space if needed.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality Siemens brand appliances and offers everything you need for breakfast, light snacks, or a relaxed dinner.
Your stylish bathroom is your own little wellness oasis, featuring a large rain shower, underfloor heating, and a towel warmer—perfect for a refreshing start to the day or soothing moments after a walk on the beach.
A staircase leads you to the upper deck, where a comfortable Schramm box-spring bed ensures peaceful, restful nights. Another highlight is the balcony, which is furnished with comfortable seating from May through October—ideal for breakfast in the sun or a glass of wine in the evening.
As a guest, you have free access to the 200 m² pool and sauna area at Dock 6d, featuring a 12 × 4 m pool, a modern sauna, and a fitness area (treadmill, bike, rowing machine, weights).
Dogs are welcome.
