Luxury right in the heart of Greetsiel Harbor! This famous house with a bell-shaped gable, built in 1792, is part of a historic row of houses. Lovingly and completely renovated in 2021 using the highest-quality materials, it now shines with a brand-new, modern splendor. Two bedrooms, an open kitchen, two bathrooms, and a guest restroom offer exclusive comfort for up to four guests.It’s not just the location, but also the meticulously restored details—such as the view through a glass floor into the historic cellar, the old door lock with its oversized colored-key, or the “convertible window” offering a direct view of the crab boats—that make this property truly unique. In addition, the private terrace offers you your very own personal retreat. Of course, a parking space is also available; you’ll find it just a few hundred meters away in the town center. For loading and unloading, you can, of course, drive right up to the “HafenKOJE.”
