You’ll love this 2-room apartment, approximately 68 m², with a view of the greenery and a side view of the Baltic Sea!

The “Westside” vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by elevator. A true dream apartment in a prime location, right on Strandallee. The beach is just a few steps away. In the morning, before breakfast, slip on your bathrobe and head out into the cool water… into our beautiful Baltic Sea! Haffkrug—the oldest seaside resort in East Holstein—and for many, the most beautiful as well—is worth a visit any time of year. Here, you can take a moment to pause and simply enjoy yourself. A great blend of tradition and modernity, comfort and entertainment, relaxation and activity. Shopping options, cafés, restaurants, and bakeries, as well as small shops that invite you to browse, are all within a few minutes’ walk. A lovely promenade invites you to linger and explore. You can do your shopping anytime without needing a car. Scharbeutz is within easy walking distance. Timmendorfer Strand and Travemünde are just a short bike or car ride away.

This 2-room apartment features timelessly elegant furnishings (Pandomo designer flooring). The bright living room, featuring a flat-screen TV, a sofa that can be converted into an additional sleeping area in just a few simple steps (sleeping area: 1.60 x 2.00 m), and a fully equipped kitchenette, is perfect for a comfortable vacation. Spacious bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a full-length mattress (by Jensen), a wardrobe, a dresser, and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower/rain shower and a towel warmer. A large balcony wrapping halfway around the house faces southwest, offering a side view of the Baltic Sea and a sweeping view of the countryside—here you can enjoy the midday and afternoon sun until evening. Garden furniture and a beach chair invite you to read or simply daydream. For convenient and secure parking, an outdoor parking space is available right next to the house; an electric charging station for your electric car is also available here (for a fee and subject to seasonal availability). Inside the building, there is a common area with a washing machine and dryer, which are operated via a coin-operated meter. Bicycles can also be stored safely in the lockable bike room.
