"Mein Ankerpunkt" Vacation Home – Your Retreat on the North Sea
Welcome to the "Mein Ankerpunkt" vacation home, your little oasis of well-being where you can relax, take a deep breath, and recharge. With 50 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to four people to spend wonderful days together by the North Sea.
Note:
Due to renovation work on the sewer lines, there may be occasional restrictions on access to the properties from around mid-June until, presumably, the end of 2026. Alternative parking spaces are available. Access for emergency services is guaranteed at all times.

The bright and stylishly furnished living room, with its cozy seating area and large windows, invites you to relax. From here, you have access to the sun-drenched terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air or relax in a beach chair. The 50-inch smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime ensures cozy moments even when the weather is bad. Free Wi-Fi is also available, and on hot days, a ceiling fan provides pleasant relief from the heat.
The vacation home features two comfortable bedrooms where a restful night’s sleep is guaranteed. One room is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), and the other with a bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Both rooms have nightstands, nightlights, and built-in closets with hangers, providing ample storage space for your clothes.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped, including a Tassimo capsule machine, and offers everything you need for shared meals. The dining table for four is perfect for a cozy breakfast or dinner. The high-quality bathroom features a walk-in shower, a rainforest showerhead, a handheld shower, heated floors, and a high window for fresh air.
The house features two terraces: The southwest-facing terrace is partially covered and furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair, ideal for relaxing in the sun. The smaller, shaded terrace behind the house is secluded and perfect for hot summer days.
For active guests, two bicycles—complete with locks—are available in the garden shed for exploring the surrounding area. The dike is just a five-minute walk away, offering a magnificent view of Nordstrand or Husum. The nearest swimming spot is about 500 meters away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike.
Bedding and towels are included in the initial supply and are already factored into the final price. Additional linen packages can be booked as needed. An 11-kW wallbox is available for guests with electric cars. Please book the charging option separately—billing is based on usage.
