We rent out our vacation apartment, nestled in nature, in the beautiful town of Überau in the northern Odenwald. Überau, with its just under 2,000 residents, is part of the city of Reinheim (approx. 8,700 residents). The location offers both rest and relaxation as well as good access to cities and various attractions. It’s a great starting point for day trips and hikes.

In Überau, a bakery and an ice cream shop (in the summer) are within walking distance. In Reinheim (a 4-minute drive or about a 20-minute walk), you’ll find everything you need: various grocery stores (Netto, Aldi, Edeka, dm), various clothing stores, a variety of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, an ice cream shop, hair salons, banks, gas stations, etc. Reinheim also offers beautiful natural scenery. In particular, the nature reserve at Reinheimer Teich is stunning and invites you to relax and unwind. But there are also numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area that are perfect for exploring and relaxing. Reinheim even has a glider airfield.

You can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in Reinheim at Café Fachwerk or Café Dein Hofgut (with its old city wall).

The apartment offers 55 square meters of living space, including 1 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), 1 large living/dining room with a sleeper sofa (135 x 194 cm sleeping surface), as well as a fully equipped small kitchen and a bathroom with natural light, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available.

The vacation rental is suitable for 3 people or for 2 adults and 2 small children, who can sleep together on the sofa bed.

The apartment has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard and garden. You’re welcome to use the balcony. The patio and garden are private and are not included in the rental.

Street parking is readily available.

The apartment is located on the same property as the landlords’ home. The vacation rental has a separate entrance, accessible via a small staircase.

Dogs are welcome upon request.

Public transportation connections are good. There is a bus stop 100 meters away. Buses run either every half hour or every hour. Reinheim also has a train station from which you can reach Darmstadt, the nearest major city, in 20 minutes. Frankfurt am Main can also be reached without changing trains.
