From here, you have direct access to one of the beautiful furnished balconies, which faces south and invites you to linger.
In the open kitchen, you can start your day relaxed with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The dining area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and offers plenty of space for shared meals. The cozy sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area for a third guest in the evening. In the separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed ensures peaceful nights. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
A stair gate ensures safety for young guests.
An underground parking space is reserved for you. A shared bicycle storage room is available for any bicycles you bring with you. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
