About this apartment rental
Welcome to this lovely fully equipped studio, perfect for a solo or couple stay. Located in a quiet and pleasant area, it offers all the necessary comfort to feel at home.
Cosy sleeping area with comfortable sofa bed.
Kitchen area with large fridge/freezer, double induction hob, MO+grill oven, kettle, toaster.
Modern bathroom with double shower head (rain effect + hand shower).
A -100m: bakery, grocery stores, tobacconist
CV on foot: 15-20mn
The accommodation
Large living room of 22 m2 including a sleeping area/living room with TV (with sfr box) and a kitchen/dining area. At the back of the room, a door leads to an airlock with dresser and hangers leading you to the private and en-suite bathroom.
Everything has been renovated.
The accommodations are located on the first floor. The street is quiet (one-way street). The windows are frosted glass, double glazed. There is an electric shutter. You will not hear any neighbours.
A small supermarket, a cellar, a large bakery-pastry shop tea room, a newsagent and other shops: less than 100m away.
The town centre is within walking distance. In less than 20 minutes you arrive at the bus and train station, Jardin Biovès. The Casino and the beaches are 3 minutes away. In case of rain (rare!! :) or if you are not interested in an aperitif or digestive walk: 3 bus lines are 50m away and drop you off at the bus and SNCF stations, the old centre, the Italian border, the beaches...
Board games, Go games and books available. (to be left on site)
Washing machine available on site.
Free provision of a blue disc allowing parking in the district and in some others in the city free of charge for 3 hours from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (possibility to turn the disc every 3 hours)
Recycling terminal at 30m (packaging and glass)
Household waste every evening (take them out between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.).PGJyPg
Possibility of providing a travel cot or a pram for newborns. (or other childcare equipment: send me a message in advance.)

Passenger access
5 minutes by car from the centre and beaches of Menton.
3 bus lines (1, 4 and 15) at the foot of the studio will drop you off everywhere. (Gym stop)
The bus/SNCF stations take you everywhere: Monaco, Nice, Vintimmille, San Remo ...
Walking in about twenty minutes from the center:
-15 minutes from the bus station
-20 minutes from the train station, bioves garden, casino, beaches...

I live nearby, I can probably provide you with everything you may find useful and that you may be missing. Don't hesitate!
