Shopping options (Netto) are located directly across the street. Two parking spaces are available at the house. Guests can use the garden, which is equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a grill. Wi-Fi, use of the washing machine, and an e-bike battery charging station round out the amenities.

The fully furnished ground-floor vacation apartment, divided into two separate bedrooms and a living room, offers ample space for families, couples, or small groups. Amenities include a double bed and two single beds, as well as a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The living area is equipped with a TV, a desk, and Wi-Fi. Bed linens, towels, and shampoo are provided for guests. The apartment features a private entrance, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and access to a washing machine. From the apartment, you can enjoy a view of the garden, and you’re also welcome to use the garden, which includes a grill.
On-site fees: A 50% deposit is due 5 days after booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival via bank transfer.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed.
