Additionally, it is surrounded by greenery and overlooks the residence’s gardens and the private parking lot. The BEACH is located 50 meters from the apartment and is within walking distance.
is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building with an elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people: It features a spacious living room with a table and chairs, a sofa, a single bed, two armchairs, a display cabinet, and a unit with a fold-out single bed, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, a cot for a child up to 5–6 years old (120x60), and a built-in closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, and a spacious shower stall. The kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, sink, and all necessary cooking utensils, opens onto a spacious balcony equipped with awnings on all sides and a folding table and chairs where you can enjoy lunch and dinner on summer days while taking in the ocean view.

Guest Access
