About this apartment rental
With the charms of the old and the comfort of the modern, the apartment is a fully equipped and functional two-room apartment of 40m². Pleasant to live in, this two-room apartment is composed of a bedroom with a large bed, a main room with a living room and a sofa bed, an American kitchen with a dining area and finally, a pretty bathroom.
In one of the liveliest neighborhoods of the moment, the building is typical of old Belleville with its courtyards in a row.

On the bedroom side: a small office area, a large bed on a mezzanine, cupboards and a wardrobe under the bed.
Living room / dining area: a comfortable sofa bed and a coffee table, a round table and 4 chairs for meals, a bar overlooking the kitchen.
On the kitchen side: gas kitchen, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, complete crockery, pots, pans, basic products (oil, vinegar...) and all the necessary utensils.
Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink.
On the practical side: multiple storage spaces to empty your suitcases and all the necessary household linen (sheets, towels, dish towels, etc.), a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron, a fan for the summer.
Multimedia side: Wifi, black and white laser printer, hi-fi system.
On the neighborhood side:
Belleville is alive and full of good deals. Restaurants from all walks of life, warm and festive bars, food shops of all kinds, the apartment is at the heart of Belleville life!

The apartment met all our needs and I would not hesitate to rent it again. Our host was most helpful with all of my inquiries. The Belleville area is pleasant and full of shops and restaurants.

A good clean apartment at a good price and good location in Paris, close to a metro station and many cafés and restaurants. The host is very helpful, flexible, answers our questions promptly and will quickly follow up on any action required.

Very beautiful location in Belleville, the host is super nice and available when necessary or requested!
The house is so suitable for its spaces and very very quite, despite being on a very busy street.
