Welcome to your charming retreat! This cozy
two-room apartment (approx. 35 m˛) for 1–3 people is located on the mezzanine level and
features an inviting south-facing balcony —the perfect place to
soak up the sun and start your day in a relaxed way. The living room features a
comfortable sleeper sofa, an LCD TV, and a CD radio system for your
entertainment. The adjacent dining area is perfect for sharing meals together. The
open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator—everything you need to
prepare your favorite meals. The bedroom features a
spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm, separate mattresses) to ensure a restful
night’s sleep. The bathroom with shower and toilet rounds out the amenities. The daily rate
is based on a maximum of 2 people. A
surcharge of 10 € per day applies for each additional person. Parking space No. 112 is available for your use. Pets are welcome, but smoking is not permitted in the apartment. In the building, you’ll find a convenient bicycle storage room as well as
a washing machine for your use. Please note that we assume no liability for
Wi-Fi outages and that mail forwarding
