Surrounded by a park of centuries-old trees and expansive open spaces, it is the ideal place for those who wish to slow down and rediscover the pleasure of tranquility and nature.
A covered portico leads into the house, where a spacious living room—converted from an old barn—welcomes guests with a warm and authentic atmosphere. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is perfect for sharing lunches and dinners with friends and family. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a quadruple bedroom with a bathroom—an ideal arrangement for large families or groups of friends.
Outside, the scents of linden trees, jasmine, and roses fill the air throughout the day, while in the evening fireflies light up the garden. Squirrels and hares inhabit this little world suspended in time, far from the hustle and bustle of daily life. At Al Poggiolo, perhaps not everything is perfect: time has left its mark, yet it lends the place an authentic charm and a unique atmosphere with an old-world feel.
Guests have free access to the pool and tennis court, with the option to use the nearby partner riding stable.
Fuga and Siria, two friendly medium-sized dogs accustomed to guests and other animals, live on the property and are ready to welcome your own four-legged friends as well, provided they are well-socialized.
