The home is 750 sq ft, all on one level. Only 1.5 miles from downtown Madison and minutes from Hammonasset Beach State Park—quiet, walkable, and perfect for an easy coastal getaway.

Great place to stay while trying to get a quiet beach vacation. Great location. Super close to the state beach. Super close to the town of Madison. We also enjoyed the small beach at the end of the road. The outside shower on the side porch was clutch after a long day at the beach.

We had a really nice stay here. The house was adorable, clean, and had a cozy feel that made it easy to settle in. It was also super convenient being able to walk to the beach, which made the whole trip feel a lot more relaxed. Kevin the host was very responsive and super friendly.Overall, it was just a comfortable, easy stay and a great little spot for a getaway. We’d definitely stay again.
