Great location

The Location is great. The unit size is also great. Unit was clean as possible The Checkin and all electronic entrance worked great

Unit needs a better cleaning. Kitchen Walls have stains A lamp was not working. Toiletries are limited and not high quality not matching the price Internet was too slow to work.

Beautiful location, terrible service.

Beautiful location.

We stayed at The Bridge in Centro, Florianópolis, and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience after the property changed management from Xtay to Viva Stays. Our first stay here under Xtay was excellent, which is why we returned. However, this visit was completely different. When we arrived, Viva Stays did not recognize our reservation. The building no longer has any on-site staff or front desk assistance, so we had to contact support through the entry system just to gain access and resolve the issue. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the parking. We had received written confirmation via WhatsApp when we booked that parking would be available. Upon arrival, we were informed that parking was not permitted, forcing us to find alternative parking elsewhere at approximately double the expected cost. Xtay attempted to help us, but Viva Stays would not accommodate the situation. Customer service throughout the stay was extremely poor. We requested replacement bath towels after several days and were told this was not possible. Instead, we were offered a full towel and sheet change for R$185. We only needed one or two clean towels, but no reasonable accommodation was offered. The final issue was the lack of hot water. We showered without problems earlier in the stay, but on our last day the hot water stopped working completely. We waited several hours and tried again later that evening, but the water remained ice cold. This left us seriously considering checking out early and moving to another hotel. The location of the building is excellent, but the management and guest experience under Viva Stays were among the worst we have encountered. The lack of on-site staff, failure to honor parking arrangements, poor customer service, refusal to provide basic towel replacement, and absence of hot water made this a very frustrating stay. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend Viva Stays based on our experience.

Perfect location with comfortable and modern amenities.

Great location. Comfortable and modern.

We didn’t get the apartment we originally booked. We booked the one bedroom but got the deluxe studio.
