Відчуття наче приїхав на дачу, дуже атмосферне та майже безлюдне місце. Вид та шум моря неперевершено. Є мангал та пральня на подвір’ї. Нам дуже сподобалось. Якщо приїдемо на острів ще раз, то тільки заради цього місця.
Двері несподівано для нас зачинились і ключі залишились всередині приміщення. Довелось чекати поки привезуть другі ключі щоб відкрити.

Staying at Anatolika Beach Cottage East of Preveli Villas was basically magical. The place is calm and beautiful!
The cottage is awesome—well designed, comfortable and blends perfectly with the nature around it. Waking up there, with the light sneaking in and the sea just a stone throw away.
The location is exceptional—secluded enough to feel like your own private escape, yet perfectly positioned to explore the wild beauty of southern Crete. The proximity to Preveli and the surrounding beaches makes it ideal for those who appreciate both nature and tranquility.
What truly elevates the stay, however, is the care and hospitality behind it. There is a genuine warmth and thoughtfulness that comes through in every interaction, making you feel not just welcome, but truly looked after.
This is more than a place to stay—it’s a place to reconnect, to breathe, and to experience Crete in its most authentic and beautiful form. I left already wanting to return.

Staying so close to the sea is a unique experience. The house location is at a quiet part of the island and I found its design charming.

L’emplacement
La communication a été sèche et distante dès le départ, sans raison apparente. Même l’arrivée n’a pas été simple : le cottage n’était pas évident à trouver et il a fallu contacter le propriétaire pour obtenir enfin les bonnes indications. Par ailleurs, il n’est jamais venu nous accueillir, ce qui reste assez rare en Grèce où l’accueil est généralement beaucoup plus chaleureux et humain.
Nous avons ensuite trouvé l’évier de la cuisine bouché ; il nous a proposé de déménager, ce que nous avons refusé afin de préserver notre confort. En revanche, le problème n’a jamais été réparé.
Par ailleurs, malgré deux demandes explicites et formulées poliment de nous prévenir avant toute visite, il est entré dans l’appartement en notre absence, sans nous avertir. Cela ne nous a pas semblé très correct ni très élégant.
Plus tard, il est revenu vers moi en affirmant qu’il n’avait pas été payé. J’ai donc contacté Booking.com, puisque tout passait de toute façon par leur plateforme. Booking m’a expliqué qu’il aurait dû demander le règlement une fois sur place. Or, nous ne l’avons pratiquement jamais vu : il ne s’est jamais déplacé malgré les problèmes rencontrés dans le logement, notamment dans la cuisine.
J’ai pourtant réglé immédiatement la somme demandée, exactement telle qu’indiquée sur Booking, avec toutes taxes et frais compris comme stipulé sur la réservation. Malgré cela, il m’a ensuite réclamé des taxes supplémentaires.
Voilà notre expérience. À chacun de se faire sa propre opinion, mais pour nous, les choses se sont exactement passées ainsi.
