Je tiens à partager une très mauvaise expérience avec l’agence qui gère ce logement.
L’appartement en lui-même est de qualité et le propriétaire semble en prendre soin. En revanche, la gestion par l’agence est très décevante.
L’agence bloque une caution et se sert directement dessus sans contacter le locataire au préalable, ni lui laisser la possibilité de s’expliquer sur le prétendu incident.
À l’arrivée, personne ne vous accueille et aucun état des lieux n’est réalisé avec vous. Vous devez le faire seul. Au départ, en revanche, l’état des lieux est effectué uniquement par l’agence, sans votre présence. Ce fonctionnement est clairement à l’avantage de l’agence et au détriment du locataire.
Dans mon cas, deux jours après mon départ, l’agence m’a informé qu’une poignée de baie vitrée était cassée et m’a facturé 175 €. Je n’ai jamais constaté cette casse durant mon séjour et je ne l’ai évidemment pas provoquée ( la baie est restée fermé tout au long du séjour vu la canicule). Comme l’état des lieux a été réalisé deux jours après mon départ, rien ne prouve que ce dommage n’est pas survenu après mon départ, par un agent de ménage ou un employé de l’agence.
J’ai tenté de joindre l’agence à trois reprises afin d’obtenir des explications. Je n’ai reçu aucun rappel ni aucune réponse on ma dit « on vous rappellera! ».
C’est pourquoi, malgré la qualité de l’appartement, je ne peux pas recommander cette agence de gestion. Soyez particulièrement vigilant concernant la caution et exigez un état des lieux contradictoire, à l’arrivée comme au départ.
Je ferai le nécessaire pour suivre juridiquement cette agence !
