The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Upon arrival, we received detailed guidance and recommendations that greatly enhanced our stay. The room was lovely, and the view from the window, overlooking the swimming pool and landscape, was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
While there was a shower, a bathtub was not available. Although I personally would have appreciated a bath, this is a small point when considering the overwhelmingly positive and lovely facilities and the staff's outstanding kindness. Overall Impression: this accommodation was our favourite among the three locations visited during our holiday. We would love to return.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the facilities were amazing! The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived and the check in process was very smooth and welcoming, they sat us down, offered us juice or water and went over the hotel, facilities, things to know about Santorini and Greece in general, the location and things we could do during our stay. They helped organise our activities and taxis and kept us informed, really made it a stress free experience for us. The breakfast delivered each day to the room was phenomenal and really nice to wake up to. The room itself was lovely and cleaned every day while we were out. There was also a little shop nearby they pointed out for us to buy water and snacks.
The location is a bit far out from Oia and Fira, but we chose to be in the middle of the island so we had the option to move around

Alles perfekt, extrem sauber alles neu.
