Great location and view. Apartment is well setup for a family.
The dishes were dirty so we had to wash everything when we first arrived before we could use them. Would be good have sugar, salt and pepper provided.

Perfect location, steps away from the beach and lots of spots to eat.
We got the suite with the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room, and it was amazing. Extremely spacious, with powerful air conditioning and a spectacular view from all the windows and terrace. It was truly breathtaking. The living room was so spacious and comfy that you could easily seat 7 or more people around the TV. We spent so much time in there just relaxing.
It was decorated beautifully, and the plates and bowls were adorable. There was also a nice tree on the terrace with some kind of tomato-looking fruit on it, which was really cool and really made it feel like Italy.
One thing I would recommend is to pay close attention to which room or suite you are booking, as the views and rooms vary quite a bit. Some of the rooms don’t have the same views or level of luxury as others. Given the price point, for me personally, the experience felt worth it because of the beautiful view and the room I booked, so I would definitely make sure to check the specific room carefully before booking.
The staff were kind and fairly prompt at responding to questions and requests. They were also able to help me in a bind very late at night, even though they are not immediately available 24/7.
A few things we didn’t like were that the same fruit tree was dropping rotting fruit all over the terrace, which attracted a lot of bugs, and there were also ants in the house. There were also limited cleaning supplies available so the fruit remained there for the entirety of our stay. No one came by to check on the property and keep it tidy. Although this means that we had full privacy, so maybe that’s actually a plus!
Some of the dishes weren’t clean, and the fridge was freezing all of our food, with no obvious way to turn the temperature up. One shower leaked, while the other didn’t have a shower curtain or anything, although the water temperature and pressure were good. The coffee maker was broken, and the containers for coffee and sugar were empty but still dirty. There were also 0 condiments (no oil, salt, pepper, etc).
In no way are these things dealbreakers. However, considering the price we paid, I think it’s worth mentioning.

The property was clean and the room was large. It had a window that faced the sea and aircon.
It’s the little things that would have made all the difference here. As a minimum a bottle of water in the fridge to welcome you after hauling your luggage down the cliff face would have been bliss. A kettle and teabag for a morning drink would have been perfect. For $880 AUD you get a room with a bed, towels and bathroom. Your handed keys upon arrival, shown how to use the door and that’s it. You can text the what’s app number for an AI response if needed or wait for a human, to respond at a later time.
