Terrible. I wouldn’t stay there again. And it is my first time I rate a facility like that.

The location was central which was perfect for our walks but dreadful because it located above a night club that it was not mentioned in the description of the listing.

It was super noisy, wear and tear in many spots of the apartment. They gave us only two shower towels. The main problem was that was a huge unidentified mark on the head board of the bed. The manager was very rude and condescending when I tried to explain to him the situation. I asked for a refund and they gave me 8% of the total cost of the booking.

A solid stay

Cheap and good value for mo ey

Bathroom tiny, above a bar (known) and you can feel a bit marooned

Below the average flat in a great location.

Location is good, the flat secured.

The living conditions are not great. The floor is falling apart, the end of the bed is broken, the whole vibe of the flat is really poor.

I've stayed here a couple of times. Perfect for a short work trip.

Great location, short walk to Old Street and Liverpool Street. Great communications from the hosts, clear instructions to find the property, door code access and wifi. Loads of F&B options within a few mins walk. Perfect spot for a short work trip.

"Location is perfect. There is a bar downstairs but it is pretty quiet you don't really hear it. Great access to everything Shoreditch has to offer."

Very clean and well presented, clearly newly refurbished, everything you need for a few nights stay. Responsive management.

Above a pub but as I stayed Monday to Thursday it wasn’t busy or loud at all so made no difference to my midweek stay.

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Clear instructions to find, close to the office with made this a choice, easy access and secure. All facilities that I needed for the stay.

Maybe just an extra level of care needed for cleaning, a final check before letting people stay would be recommended.
