Short Lets by Proietti is a loft (a renovated former stable) used for short-term tourist rentals, situated above a small woodland area. Although located in Rome, it is surrounded by the scenic Roman countryside and is close to Via Aurelia. It features private parking and a private garden with a charcoal barbecue, washing machine, Internet access, TV with DVB-T digital reception, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, gas detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and safety information sheet. Board games for adults, toys for children, a baby cot and an iron with ironing board are also available.
The electrical panels are located on the left-hand side immediately after the entrance. The laundry area is outside the house, on the balcony.
