Would stay again & recommend for location & value.

Centrally located. Air conditioning. Clean rooms. Helpful staff.

There was a musty smell in the room as if something had gotten wet & not dried out well.

I strongly recommend to stay in this place

A Wonderful Stay in an Exceptional Location I stayed at this beautiful hotel for 4 consecutive nights, and my experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The location is absolutely exceptional. The famous Rua Augusta is right behind the hotel, and there is a Bershka store literally on the corner next to it, along with many well-known international brands and shops within walking distance. The location was so convenient and felt so safe that I was comfortable leaving my children at the hotel while I went shopping. I could easily return to drop off my shopping bags and head out again. It made shopping and exploring Lisbon incredibly convenient. The reception team was also one of the highlights of my stay. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and genuinely willing to assist with anything I needed. They would give me addresses, explain the easiest and shortest routes, and help me find the best way to get wherever I wanted to go. I would especially like to thank Diane and Lili for their exceptional service. Whenever I asked for something, they would either arrange it immediately or, if it was not something the hotel normally provided, they would look for a solution, contact the management, and do their best to make it happen. Their attitude really made a difference and made me feel well taken care of. One of the services I appreciated the most was that they stored one of my large suitcases for 6 nights. The suitcase was quite heavy, and this saved me from having to carry it with me to Porto and then arrange to have it shipped to Madeira. It was a huge convenience and a service I genuinely appreciated. The hotel itself is very clean, and the price is excellent compared with other hotels in the same area. I also appreciated the flexibility regarding the room. Even though I was travelling with my son and daughter, I was not forced to book two separate rooms as is the case with many hotels.

Nothing … everything was amazing

Recomendo.

Nada que me desagradasse
